City Heights is a multifamily development project with mixed-use features, planned for a site in Idaho Falls. Its purpose was to act as a cornerstone for revitalizing the downtown district of Idaho Falls, ID. While the project was never built, it provided me with valuable opportunities to collaborate directly with city officials, contributing to a broader vision for the city's enhancement. Additionally, this project served as my introduction to the crucial role that mixed-use developments play in shaping financially sustainable futures for communities.
