Wilson Residence
The Wilson residence is a cozy cabin tailored for a young family, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nestled at an elevation of 11,302 feet in Fairplay, Colorado, the site posed logistical challenges for contractors and tradespeople due to its remote location. To overcome these obstacles, a panelized construction approach was adopted.
Phoenix Haus, a panelized construction firm based in Grand Junction, supplied the highly insulated panels used in crafting the home. These panels were instrumental in assembling the final structure, ensuring efficient construction despite the site's accessibility issues.
